Now this one's an improvement-- the facial expression seems much more alive than usual, and the facial proportions are good.

The first thing that I noticed, though, is her neck-- the shading makes it look like it's bulging out in the middle, which is quite awkward. I think darkening the entire neck area would help a bit.

The hand is very squarish and flat-- the microphone looks like it will fall out of her hand at any moment. I'm not quite sure how to describe what it should look like, but grabbing a mirror and something microphone-sized and using your own hand as a reference would work wonders.

The hair's shading is very sharp compared to the face, and it's a little odd. I think softening the shadows of the hair (especially toward the back) while still keeping the light parts pretty sharpened would help create more of a 3D effect.

WOW! i love paramore! It is not my all time favorite band in the entire world though. That's Daft Punk, Tune up!, or Death cab/dntel/postal service.

Thanks! I always appreciate your critique. I fixed the neck a bit. As for the hair, I see what you're saying, I don't know if i'll have time to fix it soon though. (I'm trying to throw out a whole bunch of new artwork before Otakon XD). Ugh yeah I know the hand... I'll probably fix that up if I have time, it's kind of a priority lol.
